Join AdventureArt’s Spooky Artsy Market this fall!

Vendors of all ages wanted!

Current AdventureArt students are free to set up a table to sell their art and/or goodies. Tabling fee of $10 for children up to the age of 17 & $20 for adults.

Spooky Artsy Market is Sunday, October 11th from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Many Hands Courtyard, 3054 N. 1st Ave.

Vendors must be set up and ready by 2:30pm, you may start arriving as early as 1:30pm to set up.

You will need to bring your own 6’ or smaller table and up to two chairs.

Some spaces allow for a canopy set up, if you would like to request to have your own canopy please specify that below. Canopy spaces are limited and are first-come first-served basis.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please submit the form below. You will be notified of acceptance via email. Payment is due within 5 days of being accepted. Keep in mind that there are a limited number of spaces available so sign up soon.

Registration will close on October 4th.

Performers of all ages wanted!! Performance must be family friendly and up to 15 minutes long.

Spooky Artsy Market is Sunday, October 11th from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Many Hands Courtyard, 3054 N. 1st Ave.

If you would like to perform please fill out the form below. Registration will be open until all spots are filled. Pick the time frame you would like to perform and I will do my best to accommodate that time. Final time of your performance will be confirmed and sent via email.

There is no fee to participate in the open mic.

Volunteers Needed for the Spooky Artsy Market!

Come and join the fun while you volunteer to help this event be extra special and successful.

There are several shifts for you to pick from.

Thank you for your generosity, kindness, and time!

Shifts Included:

  • Set up before event, help set up tables if needed, stock bathroom with toiletries, clearing out tables and chairs, etc

  • Directing vendors to their spots

  • Greeters, greeting vendors and attendees by the entrance and passing out flyers

  • Directing open mic performers, making sure performers are ready to get on stage while being on time

  • Clean up after market, throwing trash away, cleaning bathroom if needed, returning outdoor furniture to its place
