In this hands-on week long photography summer camp with Nancy, learners will explore the art of photography through fun and engaging activities, photo challenges, projects, a field trip, and a gallery to celebrate. Perfect for all levels ages 11 and up.
Class schedule:
Monday: Introduction to Photography & Camera Settings (Manual Mode Intro)
Tuesday: Understanding Composition
Wednesday: Lighting Basics & Portraits
Thursday: Photograph in the field (field trip day)
Friday: Portfolio Building & Gallery Day Students will end the week with an abundance of knowledge in photography, their very own photography portfolio, and become confident photographers.
Registration required. Refundable if given one week notice. Space limited to 7 students.
A camera is needed to take this camp. A quality camera phone, digital camera, or DSLR camera. I can provide a curriculum for students to buy a camera with ESA funds. Please email me at adventureartcompany@gmail.com to request the curriculum. Curriculum will be sent once student is enrolled in the class. Please be aware of time, it may take several weeks for you to a order and receive the camera.
