Take this step-by-step visual walk-through to learn how to pay us using ClassWallet.
There are two ways to get to the "Pay Vendor" page.
1) You can scroll down a bit on the main ClassWallet page and on the right there will be a block that says "Pay Vendor", click the blue button that says "Pay". Or:
2) You can click on the three white lines at the top left of the web page (next to the header that says "ClassWallet"). A menu will expand and "Pay Vendor" will be the third option, after "Home" and "Shop".
Who Do You Want to Pay?
After clicking "Pay Vendor", it will take you to a page titled "Who Do You Want to Pay?" Near the very top, right below the blue ClassWallet header, there is a white search bar that says "Search for vendors, categories, or tags...". Enter "AdventureArt". Only one option should appear, and it should show our location as "Tucson". Click the blue button that says "Pay" to the right of our name.
Add Details to Your Order
Next you will arrive at a page that says "Add Details to Your Order". It will have our information below the title "Order Details". There is a space below our information where you are prompted to enter a payment amount. Please enter the Final Total on your invoice. Do not make any alterations, we have calculated the correct amount. Then scroll down to click on the blue button that says "Next".
Here you will have to upload our invoice. You are welcome to upload our Attestation Form as well, but are not required to do so since we have submitted through ClassWallet (they have our form on file when folks pay through the "Pay Vendor" option, but not if they submit for reimbursement). Click the blue button that says "Next".
Choose Which Purse
"Which purse would you like to cover this amount? Please check the box next to "Arizona -- ESA", and then the blue button that says "Next". And you should be done! Please reach out if you have any questions, or any problems at all!
